of $2,900.00, of date June 28, 1932, payable to the order of Scott Yeamans, at Austin,
Texas, in installments of 4250.00 on March 1, 1933 and September 1, 1933, and $300.00 on
$1,400.00, and Note No. Two being for the sum of 13,000.00, each note bearing interest
from its date at the rate of 8% per annum, Note No. One being payable in installments of
$125.00 on July 1, 1933, and $125.00 on January 1 and July 1 of each of the years 1934 and
1935, and $150.00 on January 1 and July 1 of each year thereafter until said note is fully
paid; and Note No. Two being for the sum of $3,000.00, and being payable in installments
of $200.00 on July 1, 1938, and on January 1 and July 1 of each of the years 1939 and 1940
March 1 and September 1 of each year thereafter until said note is fully paid; and of
one other promissory note for the principal sum of $3,100.00, of date June 28, 1932, pay-
able to the order of Scott Yeamans, at Austin, Texas, in installments of $400.00 on the
82, of the Deed Records of Travis County, Texas, and were thereafter transferred to and
principal on the 1st day of each March and September, beginning March 1, 1938, until the
sum of $2,400.00 is paid thereon, and the balance of $700.00 being payable on March 1,
1941. Each of said notes bears interest from its date at the rate of 8% per annum. Said
a widow, as owner, and Edward T. Lorey, as contractor, which contract is recorded in
Book 1558", at Pages 176178, of the Mechanic’s Lien Records of Travis County, Texas.
Said mechanic’s lien was given upon the following described portion of the East 1/2 of
said Lot No. 51, in Division ”E”, of the City of Austin, Texas, to-wit: a tract of land
facing on the West side of San Jacinto Street, and extending 44 feet 8 inches along the
5th. Mechanic’s lien contract entered into between Rebecca A. Hearn and Theodore D.
Hearn, as owners, and Scott Yeamans, as contractor, of date June 28, 1932, and recorded
in Book ”476”, at Pages 552-555, of the Mechanic’s Lien Records of Travis County, Texas,
wherein said owners give to said contractor amechanic’s lien upon the following described
portion of the East 1/2 of said Block No. 51, in Division IIEI, of the City of Austin,
Yeamans to W. S. Drake by instrument recorded in Book "482", at Pages 89-90, of the Deed
and $250.00 on January 1 and July 1 of each year thereafter until said note is fully paid.
