It is estimated the bonds can

with revenue from the sale of nat-
ural gas, according to Lockett.

meeting and then recessed until 4
p. m. Tuesday when the returns
of Monday's election will be can-
vassed.
Lockett said the meeting had to
be held Monday since that was a

prised and slain in her fashionable Afton Oaks home
Monday night by a killer who apparently hid and waited
for his victim to appear.
Police said the slaying of Mrs. Wilma B. Selby appar-
ently came about in a sequence of near perfect timing.
Her body was found by her husband, Joseph F. Selby
Sr., 51, sprawled in the hallway of their rambling brick
