The sale will be by sealed bid
only, with a minimum bid set by
the board. All bids must be re-
ceived by 1 p.m., Feb. 26. Bid-
ders do not need to be present at
the bid opening.

bird seed sale
Jan. 26 to 27
The Heard Natural Science
Museum’s annual Wild Bird Seed
Sale has been scheduled for Satur-
day and Sunday, Jan. 26 and 27.
Last year, the museum had the
largest sale in the southwest, with
over 40,000 pounds'of wild bird
seed sold.
All types of wild bird seed from
the Purina Company will be pro-
vided, with no increase over last
year’s prices. Two new Purina
suet cake products will also be
available.
Feeders and other birding mate-
rials may also be purchased at this
time.
Proceeds from the wild bird
seed sale will help promote wildlife
conservation and education at the
museum.
To place an order or receive an
order form, call the museum at
542-5566 or metro 238-6494. All
orders must be placed by Friday,
Jan. 11.
The Heard Museum is located
on FM 1378, one mile east of High-
way 5, southeast of McKinney.

director of
operations
at Eldorado
Paul Morgan has been named
director of operations for Eldor-
ado, a 1152 acre master planned
community in McKinney, accord-
ing to Jeff Harland, president and
CEO of Beazer Developments,
Inc., owner of the development.
As director of operations, Mor-
gan is responsible for all develop-
ment and marketing functions in-
cluding working with city officials,
land planners, and the develop-
ment’s Architectural Review Com-
mittee.
He also serves as the develop-
ment’s liaison with home builders,
realtors and homeowners, and is in
charge of the Information Center.
Eldorado is a country club com-
munity west of U.S. 75, north of
Highway 121.
Morgan currently lives is
McKinney with his wife Kerry and
two children Cody, 10, and
Ashley, 6.
Beazer Developments, Inc. is a
subsidiary of Beazer PLC, a UK
based multinational company with
revenues approaching $4 billion
