JUNE WEDDING — Mr. and Mrs. Walter Fisher of Grosvenor
announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their
daughter, Alice Faye, to Sam Allen. son of Mr. and Mrs. William
J. Allen of Refugio. A graduate of Bangs High School and
Howard Payne College, the bride-elect is currently a teacher at
Sinton High School. The prospective bridegroom, graduate of
Southwest Texas State University, was formerly a coach at
Sinton High School. He has recently completed a tour of duty
with the Armed Forces. The wedding will take place June 10 at 8
p m. in the First Baptist Church in Sinton.
