Dr. Timothy C. Walker, minister of
First United Methodist Church in
Graham and a native of Lamar
County, will present a seminar on the
Holy Land from 7 to 9 pm. Friday,
February 15 in the Alford Center at
Paris Junior College.
Dr. Walker, who was born and
reared in Blossom, has been a lay@
missionary in South America and
has traveled in Israel, Bolivia,
Mexico, Egypt and Europe.
The program will include a film.
“From Sinai to the Temple Mount,”
depicting Jericho, Hebron and
Jerusalem, and discussion. A
reception for Dr. Walker will be
included in the evening activities
Dr. Walker will also have in-
formation on touring the Holy Land.
Fee for the program is $5.00, which
should be paid in advance in the®
community services center.
