TO THE VOTERS
OF RED RIVER COUNTY
I would like to express my feelings that no higher
honor can be placed on an individual than to be
entrusted with the government of the people.
During the next four years, I will strive to live up
to receiving such an honor.
Neither I, nor the commissioners have all the
answers; your suggestions and input will always
be welcome. The County Judge's door will remain
open to receive suggestions and criticisms alike.
