The Union Producing Com-
pany engineers staked the loca-
tion for the oil well to be drill-
ed on the City Airport site, and
this week the preliminary wor-
kers have started to arrive to
prepare the road into the site
and.other preliminary work
that is needed before the rig
can be moved in place, accord-
ing to R. A. Toler, City Mana-
ger.
Everyone involved is hoping
that this well can be made into
a good producing well. The
drillers will have the advantage
of information they secured in
drilling the original discovery
well to apply in this well drill-
ing operation.
