1 pound can (2 cups) tomatoes,
1-cup whole kernel corn,
drained, 1% cup cooked rice, 3
teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black
pepper, 1 teaspoonchilipowder
and * cup shredded American
cheese.
Brown meat in bacon drip-
pings. Add pepper flakes, stir
and cook until limp. Stir in re-
maining ingredients except
cheese. Heat thoroughly. Turn
into buttered 1%-quart casse-
role. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or
until browned on top.
Serves 6.
