Arrests
Jeffrey Neal Montgomery, 39, of Quinlan was
arrested for possession of a controlled substance
and a probation violation warrant. Bail was set at
$5,000.
Richard Gervais Bertrand, 44, of Plano was
charged with criminal mischief. Bail was set at
$500.
Joseph Edwin Chaisson, 18, of The Colony was
charged with possession of marijuana. Bail was set
at $750.
Willie Henry III, of The Colony was charged with
resisting arrest and harboring a runaway. Total bail
was set at $2,500.
