What does your business
offer that is unique when
compared to similar busi-
nesses?
Our company is the only
one in the area to actually
have a walk-in shop. Other
locksmith companies offer mo-
bile service and that’s it. Cus-
tomers can bring their locks
and keys to our shop to be
serviced and duplicated with-
out having to pay a service fee.
What is the most impor-
tant part of your job on a
daily basis?
Customer Satisfaction. Our
company strives to make
every individual and business
happy it chose us to address
their security issues. Without
our customers we are not a
business and we know that to

ties.
What surprises you most
about your job?
Most people just will not
think about a duplicate key
for their auto, house or busi-
ness until it is too late. We al-
ways hear “Well I have been
meaning to get an extra key
for the last two years since my
15 year old lost the last one.”
This commonly can cost from
$100 to $400 to replace an
auto key.

people wouldn’t know about
your company.

ing rumors that Old Town
