% Share September 1998 Inbound Cargo
The Port of Corpus Christi had a 20.4 percent increase in inbound OTHER
cargo from last month. Petroleum, which makes up 91.6 percent of .* RY BULK
all inbound traffic in September, was up 20.7 percent compared to
August. Dry bulk, which accounts for 7.9 percent of the port's
inbound cargo for September, increased 15.7 percent. YTD, in-
bound cargo tonnage was up 9.1 percent. Dry bulk was up 10.1
percent YTD and Petroleum was up 9.1 percent YTD.

total outbound cargo for September, increased 21.4 percent com-
pared to August. Dry bulk increased 81.3 percent and Bulk Grain
decreased 52.4 percent. YTD, total outbound cargo tonnage was up
