I’m proud of the effort of those
players that had to step up,” Leal
said. “You never know when
you’re asked to step up and we
had three kids thrown into the

The team has five district
games left and the coach said
they are treating each round one
at a time.
“We have to play each of
these games as if its for the dis-
trict championship and our ath-
letic staff has done an excellent
job on getting our players on to
the playing field,” Leal said.
Both teams have versatile
quarterbacks that play the exact
same style. Each is capable to
make big plays in the air and
on the run.
“We have a QB with a big
arm and he’s a play-maker so
I’m looking for him to have a
big game.” Leal said.
This rivalry is big plays and big
plays will determine who wins.
