INTRODUCTION
This report details the limited excavations in 1981 of two burned
rock ring midden sites in Pecos County, Texas. The sites are within
the valley of Lower Fourmile Draw about twenty miles southeast of
Bakersfield, Texas. Figure 1 shows the location,
