the use of domestic materials, the select
tion of labor, hours and conditions of
employment, required employment, meth-
ods of undertaking the work and viola-
tion of Special Provisions.
Except as otherwise specified, the mini-
mum wages paid to all laborers, work-
men or mechanics employed on this con-
tract shall be Seventy-five 475€) Cents
per hour for "Skilled Labor" Forty-five
(45€) Cents per hour for Intermediate
Grade Labo,’ and Thirty (30c) Cents
