church of Memphis, Texas, bet-
ter known as the cowboy preach-
er of the west, and daughter,
Lorena, attended the picnic and
are visiting in Stonewall county
—distributing bibles and preach-
ing to the people. Eld. Rea ex-
pressed himself as being greatly
surprised to note the increased
interest in the population and
enterprise in Stonewall county
during the past 12 months.
They will leave the latter part
of this week for Rule alter which
they will attend the annual
camp meeting of the disciples of
west Texas to be held in Lub-
bock county Aug. 1 to 17.

54 from which four mesquites 8
in, 4in, 5in. and 10in., bear
N. 53 1-4 deg. W. 25.8 varas; 2
mesquites 5in and 6in. bears S.
35 deg. W. 26.8 varas. Thence
N 1 deg. 11 min. E. 955.4 varas
to the N. W. corner of this tract.
Thence S. 89 deg. 7 min. E. 966.6
varas to the N. E. corner of this
tract; thence S. 1 deg. 14 min.
W. 954.7 varas to the S. E. cor-
ner of this tract; thence N. 89
deg. 10 min. W. 965.8 varas to
the place of beginning, contain-
ing 163.45 acres of land.
And levied upon as the prop-
erty of said R. L. Ellison and
