ground by Mtmann«& Kundzieher
for a new gin to be completed in
time to gin this seasons crop.
This will give IJoanville two gins.

if there be no newspaper pub-
lished in said Judicial District,
then in a newspaper published

gular term of the District court

wherein Julia A. Reynolds is
plaintiff and Geo. \V. Reynolds
is defendant, said petition al-
leging:
Now comes Jtt'ia A. Reynolds,
who resides iu Burleson county
Texas, hereinafter called plain-
tiff, complaining of Geo. VV
Reynolds, whose residence and
domicile is unknown to the plain
tiff, hereinafter called defendant;
nnd for cause of action plaintiff
represents to the court that she
is an actual hona tide inhabitant
of the State of Texas, and ha?
resided in the said state of Texas
and county of Burleson for at
least twelve mouths next pro
ceeding the filing cf this suit.
That on or about the 18th day
of Feb. A. D. 15)0*, plaintiff was
lawfully married to the defen-
dant and that before said mar-
riage she wa9 a single woman
by the name of Julia A. Kellor;
that thfy continued to live to
gether as husband and wife un-
til on or about the liith day of
March A. Í). 1913,when defendant
abandoned the plaintiff and since
which time they have not lived
together as husband and wife.
Plaintiff alleges that during
the time she and defendant lived
together as aforesaid, she wat
kind and affectionate to him and
that she was always a kind and
dutiful wife aud iu every wa\
kept and performed her mar-
tiaare vows with the defendant.
That on or about the li'th day
cf March A. D, IV 13 the de-
fendant without any cause on
the part of the plaintiff deserts
her and ieil Ler destitute aud
with no one to provide for hei
comfort and to maintain her:
