RKA1, CORSlvT COMFORT
Comes from more than a good
shape. The right boning is a
factor, and the fabric, too. It a
corset is not comfortable, no
matter how goood the shape, it
is anything but satisfactory.
This is an extreme design in
Warner's Rust-Proof, but it tits
comfortably. I he bones do not
press into the tlesh—they are
flexible and cannot hurt, 110 mat-
ter how tightly it is laced. All

Short Address M. C. Bishop.
To be sure, everything is com-
ing out all right in this world
but it would never come out that
way if matters were left to the
loafers upon the streets corner.
Their sole conception of life is
three meals a day, a place to
sleep and an idle existence.
Such beings simply vegetates
and are a nuisance to their town
and to the world generally.
When this war is over the two
words which the people of all the
nations now in conflict will have
to utter and stand by is, "Never
again" The common people must
take charge of matters, and they
will.
CATCH STEP
IN THE
March of Progress
When you start a bank account at this bank you take
your place in the line with the capitalist, the banker, the
broker, the successful business man and farmer.
You become an investor in securities, a substantial citi-
zen. whose money is helping to develop your town and county.
You acquire standing, respect, and, above all, peace of
mind.
Your fellow dejwsitors appear to you as they really are
—co-workers and friends—who are willing and ready to as-
sist you in any legitimate business undertaking.
It's only those who resist this march that feel the sting
and get hurt.

Any oí Her Housework.
Pleasant Hill, N. C.—"1 suffered for
three summers," writes Mrs. Walter
Vincent, of this town, "and the third and
last time, was my worst.
I had dreadful nervous headaches and
prostration, and was scarcely able to
walk about Could not do any of my
housework.
I also had dreadful pains in my back
and sides and when one of those weak,
sinking spells would come on me, 1
would have to give up and lie down,
until it wore off.
I was certainly in a dreadful state of
health, when I finally decided to try
Cardui. the woman's tonic, and 1 firmly
believe 1 would have died if I badal
taken it.
After 1 began taking Cardui, I wat
greatly helped, and ail tnree bottles re*
lieved me entirely.
1 fattened up, and grew so much
stronger in three months, 1 ftlt like an*
other person altogether."
Cardui is purely vegetable and gentle-
acting. Its ingredients have a mild, tonic
effect, on the womanly constitution.
Cardui makes for increased strength,
improves the appetite, tones up the ner-
vous system, and helps to make pale,
sallow cheeks, fresh and rosy.
Cardui has helped more than a million
weak women, during the past 50 years
It will surely do for you, what it has
done for them. Try Cardui today.
