It appearing to the court from the inve nt ory and appraisement of this estate which has

inventory, that the total value of the estate of decedent is not in excess of 415,533.40,
and that decedent died intestate, and that all of his said estate passed to, and was inherited

py/each of the said children is not of a value in excess of $5,177.80, and that none of
the property belonging to said estate, or to those inherit ing said property, is subject
to the payment of an inheritance tax to the State of Texas, it is, therefore, determined and
found by the court that none of the property belong ing to said estate, and to the persons
legally entitled to receive tie same, is subject to the payment of an inheritance tax to the
State of Texas, and it is, therefore, adjudged and decreed by the court that the State of
Texas is not entitled to and does not have a lien on any of the property belonging to the
estate of John W. Bradfied, deceased, to secure the payment of a state inheritance tax to
the State of Texas.
And it further appearing to the court that May Bradfied, administratrix, ihas filed here-

Bradfield, minors, of the properties partioned and set aside to said minors by the order of
this court entered in this cause on December 15, 1937, and that said May Bradfield has fully
and finally accounted for all properties received by her, as administratrix, and that all
costs and other sums owing by said estate have been paid;
It is, thereofore, on this December 31, 1937, ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the
court that this estate is finally closed, and said May Bradfield, administratrix, and the
American Surety Company, as surety on the bond of said administratrix filed in this cause,
