Texas, guardian as aforesaid be and it is hereby authorized to pay said claim to the Heart of Oak Camp No. 8,

E. H. SMARTT, Administrator of said estate, here nowreports to the Court that in obedience with an appli-
cation made by the said Administrator on the 20 day of September, 1937, he did, on the 15th day of January,
1938, at Austin, in the County of Travis and State of Texas, at private sale, sell to W.F.Gunn, of Travis
County, Texas, the following described property belonging to the said Estate: the meat packing business known
as FLETCHER PACKING COMPANY, located in the City of Austin, Travis County,Texas, including merchandise,
fixtures, accounts receivable and other choses in action and all other property belonging to and being an asset
of said business, all equipment used in connection therewith, and good will. It is EXCEPTED fromthis sale
the claim the said Fletcher Packing Company may have against the United States by reason of payments made to
the United States by said Fletcher Packing Company under the Processing Tax, which ahas been declared uncon-tit
stitutional by t he United States Supreme Court.
The terms for said sale are as follows: One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars, cash, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and the assumption and agreement to pay the following promissory notes,
all of which are secured by chattel mortgages: Capital City Finance Company, Austin, Texas $170.25
