ple are dumping their trash, old
cans, sacks, etc., in the ditches
along side the highway, thereby
blocking the highway.
It is against the law for any-
one to do this. The fine is very
heavy. I would not like to have
someone pay a fine for this.
Therefore take warning, and
let everyone dump their trash in
the public dumping grounds pro-
vided for that purpose. Keep
the highway drainage ditches
open. Anyone caught will abso-
lutely be prosecuted to the Jim.

Dead Babe Found
Fort Worth, Tex., March 12.-
Police officers tonight were
makinfr-pkfas to communicate
with every doctor in town in an
effort to locate the mother of the
infant girl, but a few hours old,
who was found on the steps of
an apartment this afternoon,
with its throat gashed from ear
to ear. The baby was stripped
of clothing and had been dead
only a few minutes when found.
