A SOUTHERN BOY'S IMPRESSION
OF SNOW
Miss Rosalie Etheridge, student of
S. H. S. T. C., Huntsville, spent last
week-end with her parents. She was
accompanied by her friend, Miss Del-
oras Vance of Bryan, who is also a
student of the College Miss Vance
visited her cousin, Mrs. J. A. Fannin,
while here.
When I awoke on this Sabbath morn,
Lo my surprise! I found the earth
reborn
Under a crystal, feathery sheet.
That shrank and hardened under my
tramping feet.
flov I did crave and wish to see
All this wide world for once to be,
From house to barn and all around
To be for once, the image of Whit-
tiers great "Snow-bound."
But later, in this Sabbath eve
All this crystal sheet began to leave,
And when the morrow's sun shown
around
All was gone, save the naked ground.

Made Bright, Energetic By
Black-Draught, Says
Gadsden Lady.
"Ever since I have known
about Black-Draught," says
Mrs. Delia Mayben, of Gads-
den, Ala., "it has been my
regular standby for Indiges-
tion and constipation.
"I first used Black-Draught
fourteen years ago. At that
time, I was suffering with a
bad case of swelling across
my abdomen. Every bite I
ate disagreed with me, and I
had very severe headaches.
"I decided to try Black-
Draught. I was truly aston-
ished at the quick relief. In
a few days, I began to feel
like a different woman. In-
stead of being dull and list-
less, I began to feel bright
and energetic.
"From that time on, I have
rarely been without a box of
Black-Draught In my house."
26 cents. Insist on the
genuine.

and friends. He attended the Medi-
cal Association at Houston last wefel#
and came up for a short visit.
Dr. Connor says he hardly knew
Madisonville, on account of the great
improvements since his last visit here
seven years ago. He also states that
the coming of good roads will mean
more to our citizenship than we can
imagine in the next few yearss.
