such conditions obtain at the time of
the sitting of the court, but only that
the material allegations are true, a.d

The bill was read second time.
Mr. Abney offered the following (co' -
mittee) amendment to the bill:
Amend House bill No. 20, page 2, Sec
tion 4, by striking out the words "At
Austin, Texas," in line 20, and by strik-
ing out the words "Travis County," in
line 31, and substituting therefor the
words "the county where the nuisance is
alleged to exist."
The amendment was adopted.
House bill No. 20 was then' passed to
engrossment.
Mr. Loftin moved to reconsider the
vote by which the bill was passed to
engrossment, and to table the motion
to reconsider.
The motion to table prevailed.

tional rule requiring bills to be read on
three several days be suspended, and
that House bill No. 20 be placed on its
third reading and final passage.
