banks. This fact became apparent to-

from all national banks responding to

disposing of the assets of the Ameri-
can Oilcloth company at Salem N. J.
An application for a receiver will be
disposed of In Newark next Tuesday.

counselling the burning of the oil-
cloth company's plant last week. They
allege their arrest are part of a con-
spiracy of their associates in the busi-
ness to gain control of the company.
In affidavit to the court the Blm-
bergs further allege that the purpose
of the Campbell end Springer action
either waa to suspend the American
Oilcloth contracta with tbe Texas Oil
company or obtain Possession of the
proptrty of the oilcloth company at
a nominal figure. They further allege
that the Texas on company was also
back or the conspiracy
