APPROPRIATIONS-GENERAL ACT
above, shall mean all income over and above the direct, reasonable and necessary
costs attributable to the production of such income.
Any architectural fees paid from funds appropriated hereinabove shall have
the prior written approval of the Governor.
None of the funds appropriated hereinabove to Texas State Technical Institute
may be expended for maintenance and operation of any aircraft without the prior
written approval of the Governor.
None of the funds appropriated above to Texas State Technical Institute shall be
expended in promoting, developingg or creating a technical institute at any other
location in the state except in Cameron County, Potter County and Nolan County.
Expenditure of the funds appropriated hereinabove is contingent upon quarterly
certification by the President of the Institute to the Comptroller of Public Ac-
counts that the Institute is in compliance with these provisions.
