Tribute To Our Mother
Humility, integrity, kindness, compassion, generosity,
and effervescence are just a few ways to describe a mother
that gave us much and asked nothing in return.
Having loved and received love with a sensitive spirit,
we will cherish her essence forever.
Our mother, through the following prayer
comforts family and friends:
Dear God, bless my loved ones and friends with radiant
health and a true sense of well-being.
Fill their minds with knowledge that will guide them
every day in living happier, healthier lives.
Fill their hearts with peace and assurance that your life is
within them now, renen>ing their strength
and revitalizing every cell with energizing life.
Bless my dear ones with loving relationships and
harmonious interactions with others. Help them make
wise decisions and use good judgment at all times.
I pray that they are receptive to Your love and instruction so
that they will be happy and successful in all that they do.
-Amen.

GRIEF POEM
Let the waves of your grief crash over you,
Twisting and swirling and hurting you
Feel the dark water engulf your soul,
And let it hurl you savagely upon the sand.
Just when you think you're past endurance,
When your beaten spirit can take no more,
The tide, at last, begins to ebb with each receding wave
Feel the salt of your tears blend with the salt of the sea,
And slowly wash away, ..
And when the sorrowful sea finally retreats
You will have suffered, but your suffering is as a salve
upon the wound, cleansing your heart.
Leaving you free to hear again the joyous calls of the gulls.

Because you cared, you came to share beautiful flowers and
words of comfort and cards came too. Because you cared, we
were not alone, calls and visits reached our home. Because
you cared, we're grateful indeed, you've been a comfort and
a friend in need. Because you cared, we're able to bear the
grief and sorrow; there is no despair. Because you cared,
we're praying too, for God's richest blessings for each of you,
