VERY DESIRABLE
FARM FOB SALE.
I WILL SELL SlY FARM, three
kiniles north of Clarkiville, containing
rSIX HUNDRED ACHES OF LAND
—three hundred rich, black prairie,
and three hundred acres in timber. Two hundred
sens of it is in cultivation, and has on it now a
good crop of corn and cotton. "I made, on 85
acres of it, last year, 95 five-hundred-pound bales.
There is on the place as good a dwelling house
as there is in the county—28 by 42 feet, and two
stories high—well finished: with all dssirabl^
out-houses. Stable and Gin house of the very
best .|iiality; negro cabins, etc. There is an ex-
cellent cistern and unfailing well; plenty of water
tor stock. The tact is, that few such places can
ti« found anywhere. All the improvements are
new. Call and examine tor yourself.
1 wi'l *ell the crop ot Csrn, Fodder, and Oats
with the place. The place is eminently healthy.1
My object in selling, is to go farther south.
