Working the Itasca-Osceola Road.
Commissioner Vestal now has
his road camp at Union Vallev
and his crew is at work on the
main Itasca and Osceola road,
and roads leading yito it.
He states that the road will be
put in fiist-class condition and
asks The Item to notify the pub-
lic that no more dumping ot
trash and refuse will be-permit-
ted on this road as has been the
custom for some time just west
of town.
The practice has become a nui-
sance both to people residing on
that road and to the traveling
public and it has gotten the road
in bad condition.
Hereafter, all are requested to
use the city dumping grounds.
This highway will be graded
so as to give proper drainage
and it will be dragged in the fu-
ture. thus affording comfortable
and easy travel.
