LAY? - The first Jewish Age?
N' TF.; Abraham was called by
(iod a "Hebrew" meaning, literal-
ly, "one who comes across." His
descendents are called Hebrews,
Jews, or Israel - all three terms
in general use being synonymous.
The book of Hebrews does not
fit in with any of the foregoing
dispensations. The first three are
impossible, for they are not Jew-
ish Ages. The fourth, wnile Jew-
ish, is impossible because the book
of Hebrews look- back upon the
death aid resurrection of Jesus,
while the Law Dispensation be-
gins to come to it- close with the
crucifixion of Jesus and His resur-
rection and ascension.

INTO THE TRANSITIONAL
PERIOD COVERED BY THE
BOOK OF ACTS.
NOTE: The book of Acts covers
the transitional period between
Pentecost and the Fall of Jeru-
salem under Titus, 70 A. D. The
dealing with Israel until the con-
clu-ion of the Age of the Body —
the Rapture of the Church.
The Book of Acts tells the story
of the outgoing of the old Jewish
period and the incoming of the
(Tiurch period - The outgoing of
Paul's public ministry, and the
incoming of Paul's private minis-
try to the Church. It is essential-
ly Jewish, because it records the
public ministry of Paul to the
Jews in their synagogues on Sab-
bath day- Hebrews is the written
message corresponding to the
preaching of Acts.
ACTS
1 The preaching of Acts is ad-
dressed to "us" - the "children"

HEBREWS
1. The message of Hebrews is
addre e<| to "us" - the children
of the "fathers" - Heb. 1:1-2

fers back to the "40 years of
wandering" - Heb. 3:7-9

of Judah. Heb. 7:14.

Jews. Heb. 2:3.
5. Many of the O. T. quotations
employed by the writer of He-

quoted. Thi- is the same Second
Coming passage used by Paul in
Acts 13:38.

In Heb. 2:(>-8; Ps. 8:4-6.
>. The message of the book of
Hebrews takes those to whom it
addressed right up face to face
with the Second Coming, with all
the Jewish features emphasized.
To those who see the day ap-
proaching. Heb. 10:26.
To those who live in an hour
when fiery Judgment is just a-
head. Heb. 10:27-31.
To those who live in an hour
of martyrdom. Heb. 12:4.
To those who have come to Mt.

in the hour of the Second Com-
ing - Rev. 14:1-5. Heb. 9:28.
7 The message of Hebrews is
absolutely, destitute of Body
truth. Not one reference.
NOTE: The characteristic message
of Arts and Hebrews are not the
theme.* of discussion in the

GREAT SPIRITUAL
FILM COMING HERE
Final arrangements have been
made for the showing here of
"The Prince of Peace", new $2,-
500,000 Hallmark Production, in
Cinecolor, that has been breaking
attendance records everywhere, it
was announced today by H. F.
Lockwood, manager of the Tower
theatre.
This unusual, two-hour attrac-
tion is a complete unit in itself,
according to Manager Lockwood.
The breathtaking beauty of the
Wichitas are the background for
the powerful, moving story.
It is because "The Prince of
Peace" is so tremendous in scope,
so beautiful in color, so sweeping
in grandeur and so human in its
theme that it is breaking box-
office receords from coast-to-coast.
Its glorious and thrilling musical
score and strong sermon-on-film
has caus'd clergymen of every
faith and educators of all levels
to call the film the most impor-
tant motion picture ever to come
out of Hollywood.
According to one critic the film
makes its appearance at a time
when the world needs it most.
"There are people in Hell who
could have been saved by this pic-
ture," he said.
"The Prince of Peace" is a
movie for the entire family.
Father and mother will thrill to
its majestic beauty while littlo
brother and sister will delight in
the new six-year-old child star,
Ginger Prince, making her first
screen appearance.
"The Prince of Peace" will be
shown three times daily, at 2:30
p. m.; at 6:30 p. TO., and at 8:30
p. m. on Tuesday and Wednesday,
February 27 and 28.
It is very important to get in
at the beginning of the picture.
Consequently, the box office will
be open only for 1 1/2 hours for
each n* rformance.

What does
"Me Dry" mean?
Pale Dry is the name for a
new and specific kind of
beer — pale gold in color
and sharply dry in flavor, aj
opposed to old-style, sweeter
darker beers heavy witJ
tnalt and fattening solids.
How
is it brewed?
The Guano Pkizf. master

best hops, the finest malt,
tofv-grade Texas rice, the pur-

and pun d< rft-rock artrxian
