Each family brought a covered
, dish and barbecued beef and sau
sage was served.
Those attending were from
liastrop, Elgin, Smithville, Aus-
tin, Routwl Rock, Houston. San
Antonio, Ft. Worth, Arlington.
Marlin. Abilene, Midland, Odes-
sa. Palestine. Arizona, California
and Missouri.
The oldest person present was
Mrs Lonnie Smith of Bastrop,
the youngest present w.is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Joe
Miller of Austin and Valcon Mil-
ler of Paradise, California travel-
ed the longest distance
Next year's reunion will be-
held the first Sunday in August
at the Bastrop .State Park.
