tice Court of Precinct No. 2, in
said county, at the office of the
Justice thereof, said court to
be held in Crosbyton, Texas, on
the 12fch day of February, 1917,
then and there to answer a suit
filed in said Court on November5
24, 1916, No.JL55,_wherein J. I.
Sieber is plaintiff and W. M.
Nabors is defendant, the plain-
tiff alleging that the defendant
owe® him $35 and interest at 6
p6r cent per annum from Nov-
ember 24, 1916, due on account
of sale of feed by plaintiff to
defeudent during the months
of September,,October and Nov-
ember, 1916, amounting in all to
700 bundles, at 5c per bundle.
