various men to their home, and
there in the presence of plaintiff
and oyer her objection, defen-
dant and said men would gamble
and drink intoxicating liquors
until they all became highly in-
toxicated, all of which caused
great fear and mental anguish
to the plaintiff. That-about «ix

second child of plaintiff and de-
fendant, the defendant aban-
doned plaintiff and went to the
Gulf Coast and remained away
from plaintiff until just a few
days before the birth of said
child; and that about- three
months before the birth of the
third child, he again abandoned
the plaintiff, and did not return
until jucit before its birth; thait

defendant sent no money to
plaintiff and made no arrange-

son Sergeant W. T. Matthews,
