Hallowe'en Party
-. The Junior class of C. H. S.
entertained the Seniors and
teachers at a Hallowe'en party
at the home of Elizabeth Booton.
Saturday evening. The house
was decorated in Hallowe'en
emblems and Chrysanthemums.
The guests were greeted by
t]>e icy hand of a ghost and after
the crowd of ghosts, witches,
klansmen, robbers, etc., assem-
bled much pleasure was had in
guessing the different ones?

Hallowe'en Party.
The Freshmen class of C. H
'S., with a few friends, was de-
lightfully entertained in the
home of Mrs. Chesley Smith
Monday,..evening from 7:30 to
9:30 o'clock. The rooms were ap-
propriately decorated in Hal-
lowe'en . emblems of all kinds,
witches,'bl.ac-k cats, bats, owls
and jack o' lanterns. A fortune
telle; was present and the boys
and girls were given a peep into
into the future by the
revelations "of this wonder-
ful person in witch's attire, Vari.
ous games were enjoyed. Music
was furnished oh the victrola
-and piano. Before-departing the
guests enjoyed red apples,
oranges, nuts and candy before
the open fire place in which
glowed the fire kindled for the
occasion. Enjoying this pleasant
affair were: Clara McCurdy,
Eliza Epperson, Opal Carter,
Marguerite Jones, Ruby Boyd,
