Dear Mr. Herrera:
I want to thank you for spending so much time talking with
me and my colleagues, Ms. Chun and Mr. Meany, on our recent
visit to Houston. We greatly appreciated the advice, encourage-
ment, and information you shared with us. I would like to re-
quest one further favor of you, a matter which slipped my mind
at our meeting. So that our files in this matter will be more
complete, would you please send us a copy of the court's order
in Delgado v. Bastrop ISP and the order issued by the Commissioner
of Education in response thereto? I have enclosed a self-addressed
envelope for your convenience.
Again, thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
James P. Turner
