Knowing that you are allways doing and trying to do something for benefit
of the Latin American people and knowing your position with the HJLAC1 s , I got
a brain stor% for I too am most of the time thinking of something to be done
f r benefit of people#
As you know this County is inhabitated by lots of Latin people, and more
and more are coming in, and have you ever given it a thought, we do not have a
Latin Doctor in the County, so many of the Mexican people dont go to Doctors for
they cannot speak the language, consequently they are sick and stay that way
for the simple reason they dont know what to do®
At any rate while talkin g with Mr L«W«Atkinson of the Outlar Drug Company
of Wharton the other nite, he told me if a Latin Doctor would come here, he would
gladly funrish him with nice Offices up over the Outlar Drug store, he would go
further he would employ a Latin Druggist#
Qitlar Drug Store is the oldest in the town right on the main drag and the
most popular, at this tim e Doctors T.M.Neal and Dr« Davidsons have Offices over
the drug store now, so it would be a good location and I am sure he would do a
thriving buisness®
It is just and idea, but if you know of some good Latin Doctor in Houston
San Antonio or wherever he is from I believe he would do a thriving bussiness here
and personally we would like to see one in her©*
