the Immigration and naturalization Service concerning your
inquiry.
I believe you will find the enclosed letter to be
self-explanatory. With reference to HR 8713 which is mentioned
in the letter, I can tell you that the report has been filed with
the House and is expected to receive action soon. I must tell
you, howevers that I am planning now to vote against the measure
because of other factors in the bill which disqualify it for
consideration as far as I am concerned.
If there is anything further I can do, be sure to let
me know. Please accept my kind regards.
