"County Court Papers," "Orig. Papers," "Original Numbers,"
and "Original Number." 1873-current. 210 filing cabinet
drawers, 630 cubic feet; 4,811narrow file drawers, 2,405 1/2
cubic feet; 166 wooden shelves, 27" x 13 1/4" x 10"; 126
metal shelves (I shelf half full), 35 1/2" x 15 1/4" x
10 3/4"; 16 wooden shelves, 42" x 13 1/4" x 10".
Documents pertaining to civil cases filed in district court,
including plaintiff s original petition, defendant's answer,
citations, amended petitions and answers, subpoenas, motions,
bonds, depositions, jury choices, jury verdicts, court judgments,
and bills of cost. Case jackets show case number,
style of case, date filed, and memorandum of papers filed.
Also includes docket sheets since 1955, showing case number,
style of case, names of attorneys, kind of action, date of
filing, party demanding jury (when applicable), amount of
jury fee (when applicable), by whom jury fee paid (when
4"NU ~applicable), date of orders, orders of court, minute book
volume and page numbers where recorded, and processes.
Also includes divorce documents dated 1873 to 1955. Arranged
numerically by case number. Handwritten; typed; SPFhandwritten
and typed; photocopied. Civil documents dated
1887 to 1955 and divorce documents dated 1887 to 1945 indexed
in REFERENCE DOCKET (2.); divorce documents dated
1945 to 1955 indexed in REFERENCE DOCKET DIVORCE CASES
(3.); remaining documents not indexed. Divorce documents
since 1955 filed in (DIVORCE) (70.).

Court"). 1887-1912; undated. 3 vols., 18 1/2" x 13" x
