Helen
Waldo
Helen Dorothy Waldo, 83,
died on Tuesday, May 6, 2008.
She was born in Great Falls,
Montana.
She was preceded in death
bv her husband, Richard A.
Waldo, M.D.
She is survived by her five
children, Leanne Smith, David
Waldo, Scott Waldo, Paul
Waldo and Heidi Cesarano,
eight grandchildren, three great
grand children and a great great
grandchild.
Waldo spent her last years at
the Heritage Assisted Living in
Tom ball. She previously lived
in Bastrop, where she vol-
unteered at the Bastrop Public
Library and the Courthouse.
She retired from the U.S. Post
Office in Amarillo with 20
years of service. She served
in the U.S. Navy during World
War II.
A memorial service was
held Friday at St. Dunstan's
Episcopal Church in Houston.
In lieu of flowers, donations
can be made to St. Dunstan's
Episcopal Church, or the
American Heart Association.
