"Sec. 10. For the sole purpose of defraying
the expenses connected with the inspection of ag-
ricultural insect cides or fungicides sold, or
exposed or offered for sale, in this state, and
with the making of xaminations and analyses
th6reof, all firs, corporations or persons en-
gaged in the man ,factuw r or sale of agricultural
insecticides or fangicides shall, in place of a
tonnage tax, pay annually to the Commissioner of
Agriculture an inspection tax ofi Twenty-five
($25.00) Dollars for registration of the agri-
cultural inseoticide and funglolide, provided that
the total of the registration fees for any one firm
shall not exceed One Hundred (*100.00) Dollars.
But in oases where the registration fees have
been paid, either by the aanufaturer or by the
Jobber, as required by this section, then in that
event nothing in this section shall be oonstrued
as applying to retail dealer selling agrieautural
insecticides and fungioides. All such registra-
tion tees cofllooted shall be depeaoste& with ..the.:+

"8o. 15. Section 6 of this Aet shall .not
be ooastruea as applying to retail dealers sell-
ing agrioultural insecticides or fungi sites when
the manufacturer or jobber of such insetioides

quired by thiS Act.
