A small first-aid kit which can

expeditions.
"Exercise is absolutely essential for a perfectly proportioned
figure." advises ballerina Irene Hawthorne. "To reduce the upper
leg. swinging the leg back and forth is simple but effective (above).
For vour hips, sit on the floor, bend the left leg at the knee so that
the inside of the thigh lies flat on the floor. Bend your other leg in
the same fashion. Put your hands on your hips and revolve your
bodv from left to right." (Insert above.)

Build New Station
J. C. Morris Jr said this week
that he plans to tear down his pres-
ent service station at the corner
of Arizona and Lamar and build a
t new modern station
In widening Lamar, it was nec-
; penary for the citv to acquire
i right-of-way from Morris because
' his present filling station property
on' into the new widened
street. A settlement was reached
; v.. i,.e basis ui cast for moving the
station back and also moving the
pumps. This amounted to SI.200.
Mr Morris said that instead of
moving the present station, howev-
er. he would tear it down and re-
build a modern one.
He agreed in the contract with
the city to build the new station
far enough back that trucks being
serviced would not be out on the
highway Morris purchased addi-
tional footage on the east from Pat
Mercer.
