cisco through their territory declared null

James Martin a coachman in Chicago
while alighting from a horse two days since
caught his foot in the stirrup and tlio horse

have murdered Little Sam a cowboy on
tho Texas range. Dill kills a saloon-keeper
in Culberson Nebraska and Little Sam
and others were drinking there. For some
real or fancied insult Dili thrust a revolver
within three feet of the cowboy's head and
' lired killing him instantly.
ICtrly last week Prince's store in South-
ampton county Virginia was robbed and
two young clerks Murrell and Clover were
burned up the store being fired to cover
the robbery. Saturday great excitement
was created in Hicksford in Southampton
county by tho capture of a negro named
Emmet Cloud who proved to be tho mur-
derer lie was hung by a mob.
Two kidings occurred Saturday at Kan-
sas City within six hours. The lirst has
been mentioned in these columns. Tho
second was hy Ollieer Lovett. Ho saw a
negro runningsuspiciouslv andordered him
repeatedly to halt but without effect.
