Texas lead the world. We all know-
that it has been unusually dry out
there this spring and that in most
sections the nrops have not started to
come up, yet you will read reports
from that section saying that the

All persons who are legally quali-
fied voters of the State and of this
County and who are resident pro-
perty taxpayers in this County shall
be entitled to vot>e at said elecion,
and all voters desiring to support
the proposition to issue the bonds
shall have written or printed on their
ballots the words:
"FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE
BONDS AND THE LEVYING OF
THE TAX IN PAYMENT THERE-
OF."
And those opposed shall have writ-
ten or printed in their ballots the

"AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF
