a flying start when MGM s thrill
packed drama "Test Pilot" ushers
in the new college year.
The picture stars Clark Gable,
Spencer Tracey, and Myrna Loy
and is the story of men who risk
their lives daily in the interest of
aviation. While it has a back-
turound of the most thrilling fly-

is essentially the love story of
a reckless, courageous, death-de-

way through life while climbing
precariously to it, taking life as
it comes, until he has to set his
ship down in a Kansas wheat field

Last winter the club programs
included talks by professional and
amateur photographers alike. One
speaker was a lawyer who told of
several instances in which his
knowledge of photography has
helped him in the courtroom. Three
speakers had had experience in
news photography, one speaker was
an artist, and one was proficient
in color work in photography.
Social activ;,ies also com • in for
their share of the members' atten-
tion, it was pointed out.
