TEXAS YOUTH COUNCIL
YOUTH COUNCIL BUILDING AND REPAIR PROGRAM

The Texas Youth Council is authorized to lease from The University
of Texas, for a term of years and upon conditions that are mutually
agreeable to the Council and the University, under authority of the
Interagency Cooperation Act, certain facilities situated at Pyote Air
Force Base, in Ward County, Texas (same being located in Block 16,
University Lands). Texas Youth Council is authorized to pay to The
University of Texas as rental for such a lease a sum not to exceed
ten dollars ($10) per year.
Any unobligated balances as of August 31, 1971, in appropriations
made by House Bill No. 2, Acts of the Sixty-first Legislature, Second
Called Session, 1969, for the "Youth Council Building and Repair Pro-
gram" and any other funds that have had prior approval by the Governor
for expenditure for specific construction projects are reappropriated
for the identical purposes for the biennium beginning September 1, 1971.
