Woodbine Eebekah'a
Members of the Woodbine Rt-
bekah Lodge, No. 103 held an in-
formal "pot luck" gupper at the
Odd Fellows Hall on Main street
Thursday evening at 7 o'clock.
The regular business session was
held with Mrs. George Roblcheaux
noble grand presiding. The com-
mittee in charge of ways and
means of making funds to be<
contributed to the current Cancer
Drive anounced there would be an
all day drive on Saturday, May 8th
At this time sandwiches will be
sold down town, music by string
bands and a negro minstrel, in
vhich members will participate as
black-face comedians. Members Of
the DAPM No. 27 will assist In
this drive. .
Rebekah lodge Invites persons
now residing in Orange wh6 are
members of an out-of-town lodge
to meet with them, acordl.ig to
Mrs. Roblcheaux. Meetings are
held each Thursday at 8 o'clock
