The American people are proud of their boys and want them all to return home true men physically and morally fit to take their places in the world.
No other organization can accomplish as much for them in this particular as the forces embraced in the United War Workers. This then is the proper chan-
nel for us to care for these fine young men.
The people of Amarillo and Potter county have been asked to pay a certain sum for this purpose. They are going to pay it cheerfully aitd gladly. They
know their duly and are willing to do it.
