To Our Boys in the Services
Do your shopping in Atlanta, Friday, December
18. Every nickle, dime, penny or dollar you spend on
that day goes into Bonds and Stamps to help Uncle
Sam in the production of more arms and ammunition.
Every merchant agrees to buy Bonds to the
amount of his cash sales on this day. Every clerk,
helper or sales person agrees to buy stamps to the
amount of his or her salary on this day. If every
citizen of Atlanta will put his shoulders behind this
drive we will have one of the largest Bond and Stamp
Days ever staged in all East Texas.
Let's go folks. Do your shopping Friday and buy
Bonds, too. Let's spread the news far and wide and
let our loved ones who are doing our fighting know
that we are behind the man behind the gun.
Remember all cash spent in Atlanta Friday goes
into Bonds and Stamps. Buy heavy and pay cash;
also pay your accounts. It all counts and goes into
arms and ammunition for* Uncle Sam's fighting
forces.
Let's Drive Our Enemies back Friday with a
Mighty and Collossal Bond Sale.
