Miss Hortense Arrant, daughter
of Mrs. Elizabeth Arrant of this
city, and Ralph Johnston, son of

Denison, were married Wednes-
day night in Henderson.
The bride was attired in a blue
flowered crepe dress with acces-
sories to match, and a corsage
which blended with the blue of
her costume.
Mrs. Johnston graduated from
Rusk High school and since that
time has been employed in the
county agent's office in this city.
She will continue her duties there.
Mr. Johnston is a former stu-
dent of T.C.U. and is now employ-
ed with the Texas Highway de-
partment.
They will be at home in their
new brick home on North Hender-
son Street.

Dickson.
James Sowell gave a party Sat-
urday night and a large crowd
attended. All reported a good
time.
