THE STATE OF TEXAS
TQ: Homer 0. Rains—whose re-
sidence Is unknown
GREETING: Your are comman-
ded to appear and answer the
plaintiff's petition at or before
10 o'clock A. M. of the first Mon-
day after the expiration of 42 days
from the date, of issuance of this
C it fit ion, the same being Monday
the 17th day of April A. D., 1950
at or before 10 o'clock A. M., be-
fore the Honorable District Court
of Collin County, at the Court
House in McKinney, Texas.
Said plaintiff's petition was fil-
ed on the 11th day of February,
1950. The file number of said suit
being No. 21510. The names of
the parties in said suit are:
Clara B. Rains as Plaintiff, and
Homer O. Rains as Defendant.
The nature of said suit being
substantially as follows, to wit:
Plaintiff alleges that she has
been an actual bona fide resident
of the State of Texas, for more
than 12 months prior to the filing
ol this suit and bus resided in
the County of Collin for more
than 6 months next preceding the
filing of this suit.
That she was married to defen-
dant on June 28, 1933 and separa-
ted Oct. 25th 1948. That on or
about June 28th. 1940, defendant
began a series of studied vexations
and provocations toward plain-
tiff which continued until the
sajd separation. That such treat-
ment on the port of defendant
towards plaintiff was of such a

| and for $130.00 monthly for their
support and education and for
special and general relief.
