Bad; From St. Louis.
V. D. Armstrong is back from a
visit to St. Louis. Mr. Armstrong
says that it does a fellow g-ood to get
away from .home occasionally. It
gives him new ideas and he rubs up:
against people who have had experV
ences along lilies that are helpful. He
says the. jobbers say that Te.yas is
all right' except that the people down
here are too susceptible to "cold
cause.
That conditions in Texas are no worse
nor even so bad as in other states
and that ince people in other states
have pulled through without any seri-
j ons diiliculty Texans ought to do as
well if rtiey would not ''lay down" so
easy.
