There is Strength"
THE BANK is but a consolidation of the Wealth and Credit of a community. If YOU
would have your business increased and your reputation strengthened by the influence of the
Bank you have but to affiliate yourself with the institution by becoming a depositor and be-
come a part of the financial unit.
To say nothing: of the safety and efficiency of the Checking System there is no better
way of coming in touch with business men and business methods than through the medium of
a bank.
We furnish safety lock boxes free to our customers.

The over towering feature of
the cotton market at Houston
Monday was the strength dis
played in the spot division. It
seemed that there were more
buyers clamoring for supplies
than there was cotton to meet
the demand and the inevitable
result of the condition was a
substantial advance at all the
trading ..centers. The gain in
prices was not very extensive in
any particular instance but it
was substantial everywhere
clearly showing that what actual
stulf is offered would be readily
absorbed at prevailing Quota
tions.
